General Information

• In order to help us maintain a peaceful environment, we ask that all cell phones, pagers, etc., be turned to silent when entering the spa.
• Drink plenty of water before and after all spa services. We discourage the consumption of alcohol prior to and immediately after all treatments.
• Because at Haven of Rest we are greatly concerned with the well being of our guests—please advise our staff of any injury, illness or health changes prior to any spa treatment.
• We suggest you do not shave 12 hours before a body polish, Spa Pedicures or Men’s Facials.
• Arriving 15 minutes before a service will allow you to relax, enjoy a cup of tea or water, become familiar with the facility and complete any necessary forms, as well as change into your robe if needed.
• Please do not bring any valuables with you as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. However, we do provide lockers.
• For the comfort of all our clients, Haven of Rest Day Spa is a smoke-free and alcohol-free environment.

Peppermint Body Wrap and Massage
Aromatic, invigorating, detoxifing and very relaxing!
This treatment removes toxins from the fat cells and will leave you with a smoother texture and tone to your body. You will be dry brushed for exfolliation and circulation, then wrapped for 15 minutes in a peppermint herbal solution, offered a 5 minute scalp or foot massage, left to rest for 10 minutes then unwrapped. Choose a 1/2 hour or 1 hour massage to complete this amazing body treatment.

Shea Butter Bodywrap and Massage
Slip into a robe and start with a healing foot soak in warm water and essential oils while enjoying a cup of tea or water. Then you will be taken to a treatment room, dry brushed for exfoliation and circulation. A warm soothing shea butter applied, then wrapped in warm blankets for 20 minutes. You will be offered a 10 minute scalp or foot massage. Then finish with a 30 minute or 60 minute massage if you so desire for ultimate relaxation.

Swedish – Relaxation
A full body massage or specified area massage using soothing strokes with a variety of techniques in order to relax the body and relieve muscle tension.
Also available for the Mother-to-Be.

Deep Tissue – Therapeutic
The purpose this massage is to help relieve muscle tension by using a more intense technique, therefore reducing pain and increasing joint mobility and flexibility. This massage is often targeted to a specified area of pain or previous injury but may be applied to total body.

Hot Stone Massage
The use of a variety of hot stones for a luxurious and soothing full body experience. The hot stones are used to massage with and placed on specific pressure points to keep you warm and relaxed. The stones are nicely polished and the heat gives the massage a special touch.

Hot Lavender Massage
Indulge in this one hour Swedish Massage. Includes a unique application utilizing warm, moist, lavender laden compresses along the back, shoulders, hands and feet. A massage designed to give you the ultimate relaxing and pampering experience.
